We keep delivery expectations clear and transparent. Below you’ll find how delivery works, when to expect your order, and what happens if items ship separately.

Estimated delivery time (EU)

EU delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are shown at checkout for your exact address. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking updates

Tracking is available for most orders.
If tracking isn’t available for a specific shipment, we’ll still keep you updated by email.

Split shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different parcels.
This is normal and helps avoid delays when items are sourced from different locations.

Address changes

Need to update your delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

If your order seems delayed or something doesn’t look right, contact Support with your order number and we’ll help with the next steps.
