By visiting the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website and do not place orders.

Products and availability
We offer pet-related products for sale through the Website. Product listings, stock indicators, and availability information are presented in good faith, but they may occasionally contain delays, mismatches, or errors.
The display of a Product on the Website is an invitation to place an order and does not guarantee that the Product is available at the moment of purchase.
Ordering process and contract formation
- Order placement. When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected Products.
- Order review. After checkout, you may receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
- Acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation stating that your order has been accepted for fulfilment.

- Split shipments. Orders may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different delivery dates.

Passing of risk
If you are a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

- Business customers. If you are a business customer, the courts of Bucharest, Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, without affecting your mandatory rights.
- Language. The contract language is English. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
- Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
