Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled by Netherlands-based fulfilment partners and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship only to selected EU countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, and Sweden. If your destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is EUR 6.90. Orders over EUR 69 qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Your final shipping charge is shown before you complete your order.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, subject to stock verification, fulfilment routing, and payment or fraud checks where applicable.
If there is a material delay or issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is usually 2-6 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, parcel size, carrier performance, and supplier handling times.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from conclusion of the contract.
Split shipments and multiple parcels
Because products may be fulfilled from different supplier locations or logistics routes, your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
- you may receive multiple tracking numbers;
- you may receive multiple parcels;
- parcels may arrive on different delivery dates.
This does not increase your shipping charge unless clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking
When available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. You can also visit our Track your order page.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pawroutine.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to address errors, failed delivery attempts, or missing delivery details, you may be required to pay reshipping costs.
Risk in transit
Risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
If a parcel is lost or damaged before that moment, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
Damaged parcels and delivery issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been mishandled in transit, please follow the 24-hour evidence process described in our Refund Policy.
